Waycolmena (The hive that says yes!) is a consumer initiative that facilitates direct sales between local producers and communities of consumers called “hives”. This experience began in France in 2011 and now has 900 hives in countries such as France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom. We will get to know first hand Waycolmena, one of the hives in the city of Valencia, that offers consumers products that have been produced within a maximum radius of 250 km.
