Rosa holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Valencia and is a professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has been Deputy Director of Cooperation and International Relations at the School of Agricultural Engineering and Environment (ETSIA) and, since June 2013, she is Vice-Rector for Social Responsibility, Cooperation and Sport at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has participated in 70 publicly financed R&D projects. She has written more than 200 scientific publications and technical-scientific papers. She has developed 11 patents and utility models.
