Paola Larco Muñoz is an economist born in Quito, Ecuador, living in València for the last 3 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Gender and Equality Policies by the University of València and she is currently working on her PhD in this same area. Her lines of research are gender, feminist, social and solidarity economy, and migration from a critical decolonising perspective.

Besides, Paola is an activist and member of Mujeres con Voz València, an association she will talk about which was recently created in València. Its main goal is to fight the acceptance of discrimination in our society. The women that make up this association share three values: Anti-racism, anti-colonialism and the struggle against the patriarchy.
