Social Worker and Activist @ Expert in migrations

Woman, feminist, intercultural, responsible consumer, activist in the defence of Human Rights and municipalities. She has a Degree in Social Work. Given her concern about inequalities, in 2000 she became involved in social movements to develop her personal, activism-related, professional and political skills in areas such as citizen’s participation, education for development, migration, interculturality, international cooperation, fair trade and responsible consumption. She has taken part in different social movements, networks and local, national, European and international civic platforms, where she showed her commitment working in order to transform our reality, to achieve equality of rights and a fairer, more democratic, participative and inclusive world. In the last four years, she had the chance of being an advisor and councilwoman at the Valencia City Council, where she worked in order to foster public policies for the greater good and to defend Human Rights.
