CoopHalal is the first and only financing body that apply the precepts of Islamic Economy to financial intermediation operations. It allows having fair returns with savings and financing socially responsible projects (Halal) of members in a fair, ethical and moral way. It doesn’t work with loans, but with purchase agreements or participation agreements.

CoopHalal is a cooperative founded by a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary group of people. The main goal of this project is to offer an alternative to achieve equal opportunities at an economic and financial level for a community of citizens that do not feel comfortable operating in the current economic system. It focuses on citizens that need a fairer, more ethical, solidarity-based and socially responsible model.
