InnÓrbita is the Institute for Social Leadership created by Fundación Santa María la Real. Its roots lie in all the learnings and values acquired in more than 30 years of work promoting employment and entrepreneurship with social innovation, and, more recently, with the program Lanzaderas de Empleo y Emprendimiento Solidario (Solidarity Employment and Entrepreneurship Launchers), which is currently being implemented throughout the Spanish geography.

The Institute develops employability and entrepreneurship programs, as well as training activities in methodologies aimed at the promotion of employment for individuals, universities, companies and social organizations.
