Conce is Director of Sustainability and Innovation in Alma Natura, a social enterprise whose aim is to help maintain the population in rural areas. She is a Gestalt therapist, an emotion coach and an expert in social innovation. She is the creator of the Lakota Triple Impact method for social enterprises. She currently manages the projects GIRA Mujeres for Coca-Cola and Rural-Tic for Fundación Vodafone. She defines herself as a fanatic of change tools such asDesign Thinking, Dragon Dreaming or Lean Startup. She is devoted to changing the world starting with rural areas through Social Innovation processes.
