Alfredo Casares is a journalist and media manager specialised in constructive journalism and innovation with a social purpose. As New Content Manager at the Diario de Navarra, he was in charge of “DN Más Cerca”, a project based on listening and co-creation that tries to design a new relation model to citizens. The initiative has been piloted, successfully verified and is already in the implementation stage. Alfredo will share the details of the one-year long pilot trying to improve the inter-cultural coexistence in a town with 6,000 inhabitants. He will also talk about the learnings, among them the value that a constructive approach and the change in the role of journalists can have.
