AEPAE is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation that started and promoted the National Plan for the Prevention of Bullying in Spain. Its goal is to develop preventive behaviour in children and adolescents so they can solve conflicts at school and other social environments, as well as learn psychological, social and physical techniques to face bullying and cyberbullying. It also wants to provide adults with the necessary training in prevention, early detection and action against violence and bullying.

Currently, the association is based on the active participation of its collaborators and on the teaching carried out by the professionals from different areas who constitute the various delegations: psychologists, pedagogues, speech therapists, trainers, social educators, lawyers, criminologists, theatre teachers, socio-cultural animators, self-defence and self-protection teachers and coaching experts. All our collaborators, who have relevant experience in child development, have accepted with great enthusiasm and humanity the challenge of restoring the self-esteem and self-confidence of children, so that their childhood is not prematurely damaged.
